Burger was not cooked as ordered sent it back and it still was not right wanted well done got barely done yuck

The food and service has been greatly improved until tonight. Both of my orders were wrong . Also, you cannot call in an order after 8. Workers said the policy is due to people calling in orders and not picking them up. We always eat there at least once per week for supper and various other times for shakes and malts. I'm highly considering just stopping giving them my business. A friend offered to pay for her order over the phone and they still wouldn't take her order over the phone. It's inconvenient. Especially for people with children and health problems
Food was decent. Wasn't prepared very well. The cashier was kind though.
Best service I have ever got at a DQ. Food was out fast and hot. Newly remodeled and nice.
